3. Customer Conduct

We expect all customers to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect and courtesy. Any damages to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our pricing is competitive and transparent. The rate you are quoted is the rate you will pay, with no hidden fees. For additional services not included in the original agreement, additional charges may apply.

3. Gratuity

Gratuities are at the discretion of the customer. If you are satisfied with the service provided by our chauffeurs, it is customary to offer a gratuity as a token of appreciation.

What types of Buses are available?

We have two types of Mercedes sprinter buses. 

  1. Executive seating arrangement bus.
  2. Limousine seating arrangement bus.
What is the minimum duration i can rent a bus?

The Minimum duration for renting our sprinter buses is 6 Hours.

What services and features are attached to the rental?

The buses are chauffeur driven and comes with a full tank of Gas. 

How is the billing calculated?

Rentals are calculated in Cycles, a cycle is 12 Hours. And the prices per cycle can change based on availability and fluctuations in the prices of Fuel. 

Policies on Refund

We adhere by a strict “No Refund Policy” always ensure to confirm everything including your availability to use the service before making payments. 

How many people can the bus sit?

Our sprinter buses comfortably sits 8 people.

Policies on Inter-State Travel

Travelling out of State requires an armed Mopol that will be factored Into the Total invoice at NGN35,000.

What happens if the bus develops fault?

In the unlikely event that the bus breaks down during the duration of your booking, it will be replaced immediately as soon as possible.

Damages

If anything in the bus is damaged by a client, the client is liable for fixing or replacing the damaged item.

Can i book an inspection of the buses before booking?

An inspection for the sprinter buses can be scheduled, this inspection comes at a cost of N35,000.
